Delete your data
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Atlas: Idle Wildlife Journal has no sign-in and no email. The only account is an anonymous one the game creates for your device, holding an automatic backup of your journal. This page explains how to delete it.
From the app (recommended)
- Open Atlas.
- Go to Profile and tap ⚙︎ Settings.
- Tap Delete cloud save.
- Confirm.
Your account and its backup are permanently removed from our server. Your progress on the device stays, and the game starts a new backup under a new recovery code. To leave nothing on our server, delete the cloud save and then uninstall the game.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email contact@yoqze.com with the subject “Delete my Atlas cloud save” and include your recovery code (shown in Profile → Settings → Cloud save). We will delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Because accounts are anonymous, the recovery code is the only way we can find your save. If you have lost it, we cannot identify it — but it will be deleted automatically after 24 months without the game contacting our server.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous account and its recovery code.
- Your journal backup: explorer name, documented species, photo album, Research Points, tools and achievements.
What is not deleted right away
- Server logs, which include IP addresses, are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- The save on your device, until you uninstall the game.
- Data Google AdMob collected when ads were requested. Google handles it under its own policies; you can manage it from your Google account and your device’s ad settings.
Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
